Women Hair Replacement
If you look at aggregate suffering due to hair loss there is no question that men have done their fair share of suffering over the centuries. Heck, even Julius Caesar used to execute anyone who made fun of his baldness. But in many ways women have it far worse.
Society expects men to go bald, they always have, and they always will. Women on the other hand are expected to have long silky locks for the majority of their lives. That's why female hair loss is all the more tragic.
If you are a woman with thinning hair you already know this. On some levels you should consider yourself lucky because you can wear a wig and few people will notice. Heck, some women with naturally full hair still wear wigs for aesthetic purposes.
But at some point that wig has to come off, and when it does it can be a very sad experience.
Thankfully, because of the male obsession with hair loss there is a massive market that is clamoring to end the suffering associated with hair loss and help people get their confidence back.
Besides wigs, which we have already mentioned there are a number of surgical and non-surgical procedures you can look at that will help restore your hair to its natural fullness. And, because women tend to lose their hair in a diffuse manner, instead of the patter that is a associated with male hair loss you are also at an advantage.
If you choose the surgical method, that is to say, hair implants you can do a great deal to get your hair back. Healthy hair from the back and sides of your head is removed and implanted in thinning areas. That hair then grows naturally like the existing hair, which provides expert camouflage for the insertion. No one will be the wiser.
Another option is laser hair replacement. This is a non-surgical procedure that stimulates the fair follicles and restores proper blood flow to the scalp (improper blood flow, is what causes hair loss in the first place.) You many not grow any new hair but you will stop losing the hair that you have.
After that, it is simply a matter of finding an expert hair stylist that can make the most of what you have (which is probably more than you perceive) and restore your confidence levels.
So don't fear, there is hope out there, you just have to be realistic about your options. |
