Cost of BOTOX® Injections
To be sure, you can't really put a price on looking and feeling good. That is why so many people go to such great lengths to look their best. We join expensive gyms, eat only what's good for us, and avoid stress all so that we can delay the effects of aging.
What if, however, you could somehow actually slow down time to such an extent that you were able to slow down the aging process and look younger for longer? What would this be worth to you?
More and more people, both men and women are turning to BOTOX® as a method of reversing the effects of time on their skin and turning back the clock. BOTOX®, due to its increasing popularity, has now become the most affordable and effective wrinkle-reducing option available to the average consumer.
In comparison to plastic surgery, collagen injections, and acid skin peels,
BOTOX® maximizes cost, safety, and benefit constrictions and considerations.
All in all BOTOX® prices vary. The cost of BOTOX® injections depends both on the number of units used as well as how diluted the solution is. Different practitioners will also, depending on where they practice and the conditions of supply and demand in that area, charge different fees.
The chemical peels, aside from deep peels, although comparable in price to
BOTOX®, do not actually target what are called "dynamic wrinkles." This type of wrinkle, because it forms as a result of the movement of the skin, is different from other wrinkles in that it is caused by the contraction of muscles beneath the skin. These muscles, when they contract, cause the skin to contort and thus facial expressions are formed.
Dynamic wrinkles can be improved through deep chemical peels, deambrasion, and fillers such as collagen. Deep chemical peels, on top of being much more expensive than BOTOX®, also cause permanent skin pallor, may induce severe discomfort, and are not suitable for any other than fair complexions. Deambrasion involves removing superficial skin through a process that is similar to sanding. It causes moderate discomfort, swelling, and will keep you out of work for at least three days. Collagen injections are the most comparable option to BOTOX® injections. On average, however, they are more expensive and less effective than BOTOX®. |
