I had quite a bit of work done according to my Dr. It was not a pleasant experience to say the least! I had it done it a hospital and had a tummy tuck the following week. The swelling on both legs is still there although depending on how long I stand it it better or worse. As far as taking time off. I would recommend at least a week or two if possible. Sitting pools the swelling to the back and ankles. Walking is also challenging after. Good luck. It is worth it if you have saddle bags like I did but I wasn't prepared for the recovery. Good luck.
