I have some incision lines, but I can still wear a skimpy bathing suit and you can't see them. I think doctors just have to tell you about all sorts of risks to make sure that you don't sue them after your surgery, but I'm pretty sure that risks are rare. I think the risks are the same as they are with other operations. Just remember there are risks associated with everything that is worthwhile.
