When I had my work done, my consultant Beth was just amazing. It was like talking to a true friend who knew EVERYTHING about plastic surgery. Hope that helps. MY advice is to do a simple search on the Internet and look for support groups that way. I don't know what city you live in, so if you are in a smaller town you may be out of luck.
